The GM-Trays range of handling trolleys is an easy-to-use mobile solution that relieves the burden of lifting Trays in all environments (food processing, Click & Collect pick-up locations, sorting centres, etc.).
These devices can be adapted to all Tray models thanks to a made-to-measure fork design adapted to the needs of each customer. Lightweight, equipped with an electric lift, the GM-Trays eliminate physical strain and improve productivity!

GM-trays is a range of trolleys that eliminates the need for handling trays, whatever their shape, in any environment: industrial, food processing, ATEX… It is available in steel or stainless steel.
In order to ensure that we can respond to all issues, the forks of these handling stackers are designed on request and quickly for each customer.
The GM-trays is very easy to use: the operator moves the handling stacker in order to load trays. The electric Tray lifting system allows the loads to be lifted to the desired height. The lightweight design of the GM-trays facilitates fast and effortless movement.
The trays can therefore be stacked or filled and emptied ergonomically at the desired height. Tray lifting heights can be up to 2000 mm and can weigh up to 600 kg in the higher performance versions.
Numerous options complete this range: automatic levelling of the trays when stacking or unstacking, LCD screen for setting the desired height and lifting speed, maximum height extension, etc. Finally, these handling stackers can be equipped with the Tray turner and Tray tilter options in order to relieve all types of operations.
