Technical information
EASY Fast, the lifting tube manipulator suitable for difficult loads.
It was designed to lift boxes, bags, cans, etc. up to 50 kg in various formats without the operator being impacted in terms of load weight, work habits or speed. Indeed, the grip of the control handle reproduces the power take-off of an operator who lifts a load . This natural gesture helps to reduce the risk of MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders), but also to simplify the operator’s task in his palletizing or depalletizing habits.
This manipulator is also ideal for handling bags of all types, thanks to its suction cup lifting system . The lifting of bags of cement, bags of salt, bags of dyes for example is done in a simple and ergonomic way by creating an air vacuum at the level of the gripping tool (suction cup) which allows the lifting tube to lift without difficulty charging.
EASY Fast meets the needs of companies whose employees have to lift heavy loads (boxes, cans, etc.) or difficult to handle (bags). It reduces the risk of MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders), maximizes productivity and empowers operators with regard to the loads they have to carry.
